I founded the Cogna Innovation Hub, which Program was focused on open innovation and startup building. We performed in the 4 pillars of Innovation: Culture, Branding, Business and Community. With the Open Innovation Program we made partnerships and strategic deals with startups that helped the company on its digital transformation, resulting in considerable savings. With the Startup Building Program (Startup Factory) I created a framework to help corporate entrepreneurs to go from the idea to launch and grow their startups. We launched 6 startups, 1 of them reaching the break even in the first year. During my passage at Cogna the company was renowed with 11 innovation awards. We also support corporate teams and startups in discovery, product design, testing, launch and growth of their businesses.

As Sponsor of Kroton education company I was responsible for the edtech community at Cubo Itaú Hub, the largest Startup Hub in Latin America. With a strategic selection of startups, the community reached 28 edtech members. The Innovation Culture initiative helped the company to reach a decentralized innovation, with 4 cores in different departments.

Sharing my Open Innovation experience with MBA Marketing learners

Teaching Product Design, Design Thinking, UX & Business

I designed and implemented the Open Innovation Program for the company, focusing in 4 Pillars: Branding, Culture, Business and Community.

With my talented Agile team, I ran a framework for develop new products, navigating in cross-functional teams and focusing in User experience, to deliver the best digital products. We developed10 new products for 4 brands, from discovery to growth. I also worked as an Associate Product Manager (APM), assisting other Product Managers on their challenges.

Together with an inspired and engaged group, I created and leaded an Innovation Program called "Building Together" with the aim of bringing the company closer to users and including them in the product development process. The Program united managers, designers, teachers and students to create the most meaningful and desirable products. We made 6 products for 4 brands, from discovery to launch. This framework helped the company to reach a strong culture of product and innovation and was even implemented in India and Spain.

I was in the core of the creation of the Product PMO, focused in Agile projects. The aim was to manage projects of the product portfolio and also inspire a new agile culture. I had two roles at that time: I was responsible for the portfolio project management of the company and, also, acted as an Associated Produc Manager (APM) assisting the the other Product Managers on the most important digital product of the company.

I ran a multi-skilled team for the production of digital contents for blended learning coursewares. I developed frameworks and worked leadershiping digital teams in multi skills productions.
