I was responsible for managing and executing various projects aimed at achieving the organization's mission and goals. My responsibilities included:1. Developing and managing project plans, including timeline, budget, and resources needed.2. Coordinating with stakeholders, including team members, partners, and donors, to ensure the smooth execution of projects.3. Monitoring and tracking project progress, including identifying potential challenges and developing mitigation strategies.4. Conduct regular status updates and presenting progress reports to stakeholders.5. Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project success.My most significant achievement was successfully implementing the Rehabilitation project for Rana Plaza victims, which involved managing all aspects of the project from planning to execution.

I volunteered on several projects with various roles based on the project requirement. Projects includes training programs, workshops, sessions and conference/summits.
