I lead external engagement for the Income Tax element of Making Tax Digital, which is transforming tax administration for 6 million small businesses and landlords in the UK. I build partnerships with the software developer community to deliver a more digital and automated interface with the tax system. I also own the onboarding strategy for this new service. My team uses data and research insight to develop marketing initiatives that are informed by customer behaviour.
