I have been employed as a Senior Instructor - Electrical at Drydocks World Dubai (a DP World Company) since May 2021.I am certified in IOSH Managing Safely, Electrical Wiring Regulations E1-2020 (Abu Dhabi), and CompEx (Ex01-Ex04). As a Senior Instructor-Electrical in the Talent Development and Performance Management division, I design, develop, and deliver training materials for Marine Electricians, Technicians, Foremen, and Supervisors. I have sound knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Learning Management System. I have a go-getter attitude and am very much passionate about Teaching/Training.I've worked as a trainer and assessor in the UAE for almost five years. Electrical trade assessments for competency certification were designed and developed in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (ADQCC) team, based on the Abu Dhabi Occupation Terms (ADOT) and the National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS), UAE.I spent nearly three years working with Dr. Reddy's Foundation as a senior soft skill trainer. I previously spent two years as a center manager with GATE FORUM, Kochi. I was employed as a lecturer at Mount Zion College of Engineering, Pathanamthitta, Kerala for 2 Years.I used to deliver public speeches and motivational classes for students in different schools and colleges.I have a Master's in Engineering with a Specialization in Communication Systems from Anna University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the Government College of Engineering Trivandrum Under Kerala University.
