1. ACCOUNTING , FINANCIAL RECORDING AND REPORTING• Ensure proper recording of financial transactions including bills, vouchers, and contracts for reporting purposes. • Prepare timely and up-to-date transaction reports and account keeping into consideration all operational and programme activities. • Ensure and update day-to-day financial transaction and administration of the central office’s activities.• Ensure timely payment to concern parties with proper documents.• Ensure timely payment of bills against telephone, electricity and water. • Ensure timely deposit the staff's CIT, TDS and others as required.• Ensure timely fund disbursement to districts with complying the FEDO's guideline. • Assist Finance Officer, Program Officer and Project Coordinator for the donor reports, proposal development and report writing as required. • Provide organizational management and project management support to the central office.• Support Finance Officer in fund management, fund allocation and asset management.• Support to Admin/Account Assistant to make proper reporting and documentation. • Ensure compliance with financial and administrative policies, norms, and constitution of FEDO.• Perform physical verification (Non expendable goods) annually and prepare report accordingly.• Ensure the official confidentiality of FEDO.• Ensure maintenance of both computerized as well as manual recording of financial transactions. • Establish contacts with donor as prescribed by finance officer.• Perform any other tasks assigned by Finance Officer or organization as relevant to job.
