My name is Anish Devkota, currently residing in West Ulverstone, Tasmania. I have been working in the field of health care service for a very long time as a personal carer and support worker. I completed my Bachelors Degree in Psychology back in Nepal where I learned alot about mental health problems specialized in delinquency as well. I have expertise in cooking, cleaning and housekeeping in accordance with age care standards. I also worked as a domestic carer briefly before starting as a support worker in the community. Recently, I have started to work as a support worker for disabled clients here in Tasmania around Devonport and other northside suburbs. I feel like I can step up my ambitions and goal and work actively to provide caring support to the aged and disabled people to live their life to the fullest as any of us in the community. I am very competent for various roles such as personal carer, home support worker, social support worker and so on for both aged and disabled people of all ages. I have worked one on one with clients of all types of age groups which includes clients from age of 12 to age of 90. Services I have provided to my clients include assistance with medication, holidays support, personal care, social support, domestic assistance, transports, respite care, sleepover both active and inactive ones. All the necessary documents and requirements to get the role as support worker are ready and so am I. I have all the certifications and qualifications that were mentioned above in the position description. I am very kind, empathetic, positive and friendly in nature and happy to work with a diverse group of people. I can fluently speak multiple languages and I am very happy to share knowledge and skills on my culture and life experience.
