Should keep track of and record the role/target/project if each team member on daily basis.Technical support and training:1. In depth knowledge of tool and project godliness 2. First point of contact for help related to project/ tool etc.3. Resolve/escalate project related queries from associates.4. Coordinate with TPM to escalate tool/project issues.5. Coordinate required trainings with the help of TPM.6. Monitor the ramp in performance of individual post training, report gaps to the TPM.Performance monitoring :1. Should meet/exceed the set weekly/monthly targets.2. Monitor/track the reporting teams performance aiming to meet the weekly target.3. Should ensure reporting teams quality is as per set standards.4. Monitor the daily hours put in by individuals.5. Provide feedback of low performers and discuss plans with TPM - escalate to TPM.
