The Climber is a startup founded in 2014 and is incubated by NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore that focuses on putting students first when it comes to their education. Our product MyCaptain (www.mycaptain.in) is a youth mentoring youth platform for students to pursue their passion and make an informed career choice. Head Talent Management for AIESEC in Kochi, by training, empowering and providing strategy to the local office strong network for the management of students in from different colleges in Kerala.Responsibilities:1) Talent Acquisition- Conceptualization, and implementation across the local offices through training modules (for Recruitment teams) for talent planning, marketing, selection, allocation and induction.2) Learning & Development- Ensuring organizational & operational understanding and knowledge at local level- Training the leadership at local offices, to be self-sufficient in ensuring personal development for membership- Track performance and regular feedback on performance of members through various department heads 3) Engagement & Retention- Ensuring implementation of standard processes for member engagement (and development)- Rewards and Recognition campaigns across local offices, for better engagement and to drive performance.- Managing internal communication for the network.

In the year 2015, I was heading the department of Corporate Exchange as a Product Head in the Executive Leadership Body of AIESEC in Kochi, India. It was in this role of a Product Head that I learnt the foundations of Operations, Human Resources as well as Financial Management of my Product. Below is a short pointwise description of the various aspects of my role:- Provide Companies and Educational Institutes in and around Kerala with International Intern based on the requirement of the company.
