Software/Process Quality Analyst – CTO/CATE • Streamline the domain reviews by bridging the gap between control requirements, technical issues and business risks. • Primarily responsible for the evaluation of an organization's adherence to the software product standards, processes, and procedures and assuring that standards and procedures are established and are followed throughout the software development life cycle. • Monitor and identify process related gaps in Project Development Lifecycle projects..• Provide high impact analysis dashboards on a weekly basis using statistical tools like Pareto Charts, Ishikawa diagrams, Spreadsheet Checklists and Trend analysis metrics. Participate in Software Process Improvement activities for improving the service efficiency.• Actively participate in Causal Analysis and Resolution and Risk review audits.• Facilitate & conduct training on PlanView, SDLC process, Estimation and Project monitoring & control. • Initiate meetings with Project Managers/ Business Office to highlight the issues with process /evidence requirements and provide solutions to make their projects compliant as per Citi standards.
