• Was responsible for growing personal segment deposits in Telengana State by increasing the number of Savings Bank and Salary Accounts being opened and also focussing on Cross-Selling.• Marketed Personal Segment products of the bank to large Corporates and Institutions by making presentations to key decision-makers (HR & Finance heads) in target organizations and entered into tie-ups to open Salary Package a/cs for their employees.• Oversaw Circle performance in SB and Salary Account opening and co-ordinating with Branches and Corporates to enable branches to Cross-sell the Bank’s products to large Corporates and Institutions by leveraging existing tie-ups.• Organized meetings of branch functionaries to conduct performance reviews/ training programmes etc.• Conducted Brand activation activities and also carried out promotional activities and campaigns for the Bank’s personal segment products.
