• Coordination of all Formwork & Scaffolding requirement of all projects from the initial stage to completion.• Reviews the designs and calculations of Junior Formwork engineers & distribute jobs.• Design and Prepare of formwork solution being economics, Cost-effective and safe.• Preparation of offer/tender drawings • Attend to meeting with the client to discuss the design formwork Solution and answering questions regarding technical aspect.• Making design calculation and method statement.• Preparing good formwork drawings/layout and exact materials list needed in the project.• Conducts site inspection of erected scaffolding /formwork upon receipt of a request from the site.• Conducts site Visits to all sites for safe and practical usage of material on site.

General: (Reporting to the Head of Engineer)• Accurate and complete formwork/scaffolding solution as appropriate for particular project.• Develop applications and assembly drawings utilizing AutoCAD and other specialized computer programs.• Calculate costs of designed formwork and scaffolding solution.• Provides accurate material lists for proposal and shipment to the project.• Perform structural analysis of formwork system using Tip cat.• Attend construction site meeting and discussion related to formwork.• Ensure all drawings and solution are produce efficiently, safely and economically and meet all regulatory guidelines.• Preparation of offer/tender drawing.
