Part of the team negotiating for setting up of one of the largest Joint Ventures for Pump Storage projects in India. Responsible for setting up the Project finance department at EDF India which includes setting up the processes, recruitment of the team and building up relationship with banks & FI's from scratch In my earlier role at AmpIn Energy Transition (erstwhile Amp Energy India), I have been involved in financing, more than INR 30.0 Billion (USD 500.0 Million) of debt for utility and C&I renewable energy projects (Ground Mounted & rooftop solar) and had worked on funding Module manufacturing facility. Have experience in handling corporate finance transactions including but not limited to setting up Credit limits for working capital management, Bank Guarantees, and Letters of credit. Experience in funding solar, wind, and wind-solar hybrid projects. I have been involved in handling corporate finance transactions and relationship building with leading private sector banks in India. On the Banking side, I have worked with ICICI Bank wherein I was involved in funding 300 MW of Renewable energy assets and asset management of more than INR 60.0 Billion (~USD 1.0 Billion)I have a pre-MBA work experience working at a Coal mine project (Coal India limited) which includes the experience of more than 3 years of handling a 100-member team I am looking forward to the opportunity of leading investments, Equity, and Project finance teams in a growing organization.
