Managed a team of Engineers and Designers across all disciplines for estimating quantities for all facilities of NEC including 3D model of the building in REVIT and Grading Model in CIVIL 3D for New Embassy Campus (NEC), Riyadh Proposal.Familiarized with Rolling Stocks, Track Geometry, Track components & materials, special trackwork and embedded items along the alignment like coupling coil, detection loop, track circuit, lubrication system, ductbank, OCS pole, Rail signal and Track drainage etc. Providing Engineering support to construction in terms of necessary detail Engineering information for Rail Track Work, Quantity estimation for Hard and Soft Scape, review of Vendor prints, construction work packaging and preparing Record Drawings besides providing support on Project Forecast Estimate at Completion by updating various Service Requisitions across all disciplines for TransED LRT Project.Provided oversight to the Engineering team in carrying out the EPC detail Engineering work. Major activities included guiding the team in setting up DOR & Interface plan between Houston and India Office, EPPR, issuing MRs, conducting Model reviews and issuing deliverables for fabrication and construction. The major scope of work included closure of approx. 9000 open CRS comments for all disciplines by coordinating and holding several workshops with AECOM and Client (RMTC). Other work included Viaduct Emergency Egress at four locations and signage drawings for Riyadh Metro Project.
