KEY RESPOSIBILITIES AS A SAP ASSISTANT in QS Section: Preparation of estimates as per the site requirements  Loading of the estimates in the PDO approved SAP  Follow up with the PDO supervisors for approval of the estimates Work Order maintenance and Service Entry maintenance  Follow up with the PDO Area team leaders for financial releases Maintenance of yearly budgets/targets Initiating Purchase Requisitions for material procurementKEY RESPOSIBILITIES AS A Project Coordinator in Call off Contract Coordination of projects Handling SAP related works in PDO and BEC Preparation of monthly claims under various projects Procurement of materials required for the projects Negotiating and finalizing sub contractors Creating sub contract agreements in SAP and issuance to vendors  Verification and approval of sub contractors bills Yearly budget coordination (a service carried out on behalf of client) Verification of materials and services supplied by the contractors Maintaining of key documents Reporting to Project manager/Contracts manager on work progress
