Accountabilities:* Manage and facilitate project reporting processes to ensure appropriate progress tracking against the Route-map in terms of resources, timescales and Business Readiness. * Liaise with business areas in Insurance Operations, Insurance Operations, Insurance Retained, and across the Group to support project development and implementation needs.* Be the point of contact for wider changes initiated by other areas which impact upon Insurance Operations to ensure impacts are considered and take action where detrimental impacts are identified.* Ensure clear direction is provided and decisions are made, to enable controlled change delivery.* Identify and manage key stakeholder relationships required across Insurance Operations, Insurance Retained IT and Group Operations to help Insurance Operations meet its objectives.* Lead Business Readiness for all change initiatives implemented into Insurance Operations. * Ensure Insurance Operations are supported during implementations to ensure impacts are understood and managed.* Act as SME at Project Meetings where applicable and ensure all requirements for Insurance Operations are delivered and the integrity of Insurance operations is protected.
