Well, I'm currently working as an International Recruitment Manager at ApplyBoard.I come with an experience of 6 years approximately.Earlier I worked with several organisations International and Domestic both.I have served both the segments B TO C AND B TO B. At this point of time, I am purely into B TO B. Taking care of already onboarded recruitment partners of ApplyBoard and also onboarding some new comers into overseas education industry. My job responsibilities includes generating business from business partners by giving them A+ customer services, giving assessments for several applications, shortlisting study options, helping in resolving RP's concerns and challenges, giving them strategic advice in order to expand their business, conducting seminars at RP office, visiting them on regular basis to keep them active, making them understand how APPLYBOARD can help them in their business, how ApplyBoard is exclusive among all, explaining our features and services we do offer, promoting our exclusive schools, trainings and much more.My strengths are Industry knowledge, Knowledge for several destinations such as Canada, UK, Australia which enables me to provide quicker assessments to the agents, negotiations skills, problem solving skills, adaptability skills, communication and convincing skills etc.Having a zeal to explore the world and overseas education industry !We Educate The World !
