This internship offered an in-depth exploration of Kubernetes, with a strong emphasis on security and logging. Interns engaged in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities within infrastructure code, gaining hands-on experience by recreating security vulnerabilities, collecting logs, and using advanced tools for threat detection. The program included an exploration of the Kubernetes threat matrix based on the MITRE framework, providing valuable insights into robust security measures. Interns also contributed to setting up and configuring security monitoring tools, ensuring continuous protection of Kubernetes clusters. This internship not only enhanced technical expertise but also imparted best practices for creating and maintaining secure Kubernetes environments, making it a truly enriching and rewarding experience.

This role greatly strengthened my understanding of the machine learning and computer vision domains, as I was tasked with guiding interested students. It helped me fill in the gaps in my knowledge. I conducted sessions on computer vision using deep learning architectures, covering various image recognition models, including two-shot and single-shot detection models.

This position helped me to lead and conduct events and competitions which I did along with my core and joint cores.
