Job Responsibilities:• Responsible for the successful coordination for RTOC (Real Time operation center) service delivery across the Product Service Lines.• Attend operations meetings, collaborate effectively with project managers and systems analysts to come up with new client on-boarding strategies, risk management, develop and maintainvarious trackers for smooth working of operations and, provide training to new comers.• Providing day-to-day operational support of business process, including query/technical issues & troubleshooting.• Responsible for Team Management, Task management, Client Interaction, Rectification of Problems/Queries related with Drilling and Coordination.• Good hands on Data verification, Data analysis, Data manipulation/Correction, Daily reporting, ticket review and software testing after new code deployments.• Extracting data from different sources and generating real-time insights, leading to faster decision making.• Monitoring drilling applications in a safe, timely and proactively manner in order to assist completion, reliability, exploration and development of wells for oil and gas.•Strictly following core values of company, SOP's and meeting SLA's.
