With over five years of experience in executive search and talent advisory, I am an Engagement Manager at Positive Moves, a global firm with offices in nine locations. I lead and execute complex and high-impact search assignments across industries and functions, leveraging my skills in computer science and business analytics to deliver data-driven talent insights and hiring solutions. Currently, also using People Analytics to build an internal search tool to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our search processes and outcomes.
