• Training and POCs conducted for moderation (content, image, video, audio) & NER projects• Daily operations included content production and Quality analysis along with team support• Adhering to project SLAs to produce deliverables with the required deadlines with absolute quality control• Worked as a mentor/coordinator for team of 110 members to facilitate knowledge sharing and quality control• Accurately label and annotate data including text, images, videos, and audio based on specific guidelines and instructions • Document any issues or challenges encountered during the annotation process• Provide feedback to improve annotation guidelines and processes• Stay updated with any changes or updates in annotation guidelines • Communicate effectively to clarify doubts and ensure alignment with project goals

• Meet and greet all guests upon arrival and departure.• Escort VIP guests to their allocated room and explain the facilities and room features.• Maintains regular contacts with guests.• Obtains guest feedback on their stay in the hotel. If complaints, taking immediate actions to remedy solutions.• Record daily activities and complaints in the guest relations logbook and inform respective department heads for immediate actions.• Assists all guests utilizing the Executive Lounge.• Working closely with Food and Beverage team especially Room service Team.• Promoting all outlets and any special promotions going on.
