Jira, Q-Test, Oracle SCM service contracts, functional and UAT testing

Responsibilities:• Coordinate and schedule email monthly calendar promotions on email platforms such as Oracle Responsys Marketing Cloud Services• Build filters, segments, supplemental tables, and dynamic content for reporting and customer specification purposes.• Build, test and launch email campaigns without any errors.• Create and design Customer Response email programs for reoccurring email blasts applicable to consumers.• Quality assurance/flawless execution to ensure that the creative, copy, and links are correct• A/B Split testing for all email campaigns• Compile, track, and analyze email campaign metrics• Maintain email marketing calendar to ensure accurate and timely delivery• Coordinate across team for content for ad-hoc and recurring email campaigns• Regression of all email campaigns & programs, along with overall e-commerce site.• Worked on Magneto front and backend• Attended daily scrum meetings• Performed Regression Testing to verify whether modification made in the application have not cause unintended adverse side effects. • Manual testing to test each build and release.• Performed both Positive and Negative testing to test the product before Release Readiness Certification. • Report bugs for issues in Jira
