New Ideas implemented – Google voice desktop app for Text messages to candidates, Resume Parsing/Funnel analysis analytics tool, Better Team Job Board, Mail merge for mass emails, Outlook app to get free slots from managers, Hourly interviews restructuring (providing efficiency), Automating google feedback from, BOT idea for initiating background check package.
