In my role as a Business Support Analyst, I partner closely with clients to streamline processes, optimize resources, and deliver actionable data insights that lead to impactful business outcomes. I am responsible for leading TAU Leather South Africa to ensure that the company vision is achieved. TAU is a brand that designs, manufactures and sells genuine leather products. I lead a total of 27 employees spread across sales, manufacturing and office staff. My duties include business analysis, business strategic planning, business development and operations management. I am directly involved in the management of all manufacturing, supply chain management and logistics processes. I am also responsible for the ideation and implementation of various systems across all business departments that work towards improving and optimising processes. I lead the TAU brand sales, marketing and design teams and work towards creating a brand that is authentic, competitive and desirable.
