I am responsible for senior, complex and hard-to-fill roles, requiring more innovative sourcing strategies.To implement, in collaboration with customers and the Culture & Transformation (C&T) team, talent sourcing initiatives to ensure achievement of the organisation’s people strategy and objectives.To deliver acquisition/recruitment services, programmes and projects that meet the talent needs of the business and source, and attract and select diverse and qualified candidates, across all career stages.
