Being a teacher for two years before going into Customer Service has taught me how best to work with people of different ages. I have developed patience and was taught to gather all necessary information when attempting to troubleshoot or fix a problem. These lessons were reinforced when I ventured into Customer Service. Along wot additionally knowing how to work with and defuse irate persons so that we can find solutions.Additionally, I have taken part in multiple groups, holding positions on the executive as well as being just a regular member. This has taught me leadership skills and prompted my creative mind to think outside of the box when needed.
