Trailhead academy purpose is to empowers businesses to develop expertise across their organizations with expert-led learning and credentials that build and validate Salesforce skills.Collaborated with a cross-functional team to ensure seamless integration of backend systems with front-end functionality.Used FFLIB Package to enhance site performance and following best practices of the code.Conducted thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve backend issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Zopim (Chat Application) to Salesforce Integration:To keep track of visitor's chats data in Salesforce activity history Object we used the Email Piping Functionality in Zopim which sends all the chats happening on website to Salesforce to email id specified in a specific format.After getting the chats, we used the Email handler class in Salesforce to break the chats and store in the object.Intelligent Office Integration to Salesforce:Used the Force.com Site to make the client portal to capture the data of the client’s personal details, dependents, incomes, expenditure, assets, etc.Send/get the data to/from the Intelliflo Platform (Third-Party Tool), to keep the track of client's data for financial use.Mostly worked on the VF Pages, Apex classes, Lightning Components, and APIs in Salesforce.Basic FSL Implementation:Implemented automation which allowed the system to check for specific conditions for specific Work Types, Skills, and Availability to schedule the Appointments.Setup Field Service Mobile App using which the technicians were able to see changes and updates on their mobile app.FSL Mobile customizations:Used App Extension functionality and created a custom Lightning Web Component to create a UI for the field service mobile user so that the service resources can be able to see their Booked/Available slots and reschedule the existing appointments on the basis of that on their own from the mobile app.Rest Resource APIs:Created Rest Resource APIs in Salesforce to pass the data from Salesforce to mobile application using the API, Used Connected App, Named Credentials, Postman to hit the APIs.

Worked in salesforce CPQ templates in UI Designing and Field Binding and also tested in CPQ for checking the functionality of the customized page.Worked on the JIRA Connector project to resolve the internal Issues related to it in Salesforce.Worked in Pardot in Engagement history, Connect campaign, B2B Marketing, Multitouch attributes, analytics dashboard and Salesforce engage.Created the email preference page in Pardot.Worked in UI designing of Templates in HTML and Lightning Component Page.Got knowledge of making Apex Classes and Test Classes.
