Responsibilities include:• Work collaboratively in a high performing team responsible for protecting the Firm against major operational risk events; partnering with the business units and support teams to maintain a consistent Firm wide perspective on operational risk• Support management plans to achieve the operational risk management goals of the business/ function such as ORI tracking and monitoring• Ongoing Risk Assessment & Reporting• Risk & Incident Root Cause Analysis and Remediation actions• Conduct incident deep-dives to ensure adherence to the Firm's ORI Policies and Procedures • Coordinate the New Product Approval (NPA) process for operational risk
• Report to the Vice President of Business Continuity Group and manage the recovery risk for Americas Operations (New York, Baltimore, Branches in Mexico, Canada and Brazil)• Identify, measure & mitigate risk to protect business and monitor outcomes for all areas of operation• Coordinate Work Area Disaster Recovery testing as well as required regulatory testing and industry-led initiatives with external entities• Track and respond to any Regulatory and Internal Audit deliverables • Contribute to deployment pipelines and management of our vendor relationships and their business resiliency plans• Liaise between Technology & Business Unit Heads, establish & reinforce operational procedures to facilitate any incidents impacting the critical business functions • Manage the Global Operations Transference Program for cross-regional business recovery including preparing metrics, tracking the testing platform and gap-analysis• Handle Global communications to the Senior Operations Management and Risk Community for various workstreams
