• Responsibilities include:
• Work collaboratively in a high performing team responsible for protecting the Firm against major operational risk events; partnering with the business units and support teams to maintain a consistent Firm wide.
• Support management plans to achieve the operational risk management goals of the business/ function such as ORI tracking and monitoring
• Ongoing Risk Assessment & Reporting
• Risk & Incident Root Cause Analysis and Remediation actions
• Conduct incident deep-dives to ensure adherence to the Firm's ORI Policies and Procedures

• Report to the Vice President of Business Continuity Group and manage the recovery risk for Americas Operations (New York, Baltimore, Branches in Mexico, Canada and Brazil)
• Identify, measure & mitigate risk to protect business and monitor outcomes for all areas of operation
• Coordinate Work Area Disaster Recovery testing as well as required regulatory testing and industry-led initiatives with external entities
• Track and respond to any Regulatory and Internal Audit deliverables
• Contribute to deployment pipelines and management of our vendor relationships and their business resiliency plans
• Liaise between Technology & Business Unit Heads, establish & reinforce operational procedures to facilitate any incidents impacting the critical business functions
