> Licensee for BBC Top Gear branded apparel for certain overseas territories> Start-up business> Wide role, covering evaluating in-market Franchise opportunities, Range Development and Optimization, Product Development, Sourcing and QC> Liaising with the BBC on development of the range, Licensing and Trademarking of the Top Gear brand> Managing the cash flow for the business> Evaluating various sourcing countries based on export / import tariffs into the various territories

Advising certain suppliers on Product Development, Fit and Range issues targeted at specific customers and marketsDefining and implementing ‘Best Practices’, building and managing processes relating to Critical Path Management, Compliance and Quality standardsInputs relating to negotiating prices
