- Training Management : Performing end to end process of unplanned training that been requested by stakeholders by handling the registration, confirmation, payment and attendance report.- Interview Arrangement : Managing interviews arrangement procedure with the candidates and hiring managers.- Onboarding Arrangement : Experience in assisting the onboarding process of the new joiner by preparing offer letter and pre-employment medical checkup package and notifying the respective department on the confirm reporting date.- Staff Confirmation : Managing and updating the staff confirmation database, notified direct superior to complete probationary assessment form prior to the confirming date and preparing the Staff Confirmation Letter.- Mobility : Assisting in ensuring ITRF form been filled and prepared the Transfer Letter or Redesignation Letter.- Separation : Responsible in preparing Acceptance of Resignation Letter, calculation of short notice resignation period, ensuring all company belongings been returned by issuing Staff Separation Checklist.- Reporting : Ensuring to update monthly trainee manhour report, staff confirmation database, separation database and unplanned training database.- Event Management : Assisting in conducting Long Service Award and Annual Dinner 2022- Others : Performing security E-Vetting, MDG registration and insurance enrollment for current staff and new joiner. Assisting in entertaining the stakeholders on their request and inquiries.
