• Exposed securityContext on kanister-operator deployment to improve security and added the unit test for that. • Enabled linters (errcheck, unparam, lll, dupl, misspell, nestif, gci) for test packages in .golangci.yaml file and fixed all kind of linter issues coming up in test packages.• Worked on the Improvement and fixing of Kanister new Documentation.

• Started with couple of 'Good First Issue' tasks involving code optimization, function inlining, and implementing proper error handling• Updated the monitoring stack, including Alertmanager, Grafana, Node Exporter, Prometheus, and Prometheus Operator, for Kubernetes versions 1.28, 1.29, 1.30, and 1.31 within the kubevirtci project. Revised the manifests for each service to ensure compatibility and optimal performance, based on the kube-prometheus stack.• Worked on an enhancement issue where the labels added to each node by virt- handler were not cleaned up when KubeVirt was uninstalled. I developed the feature to resolve this issue and also added a couple of unit tests for this feature.• Worked on KubeVirt's VM communication and testing. I analyzed challenges in testing virt-handler interaction with virt-launchers, proposing an abstraction layer or refactoring NewClient for better testability. This enhances code maintainability and testing.• Provided the coverage for instance type resource using linter mnd.• Refactored code to align with KubeVirt coding conventions by replacing k8s.io/utils/pointer with kubevirt.io/kubevirt/pkg/pointer across the codebase, ensuring consistency in pointer utility usage• Worked on the Improving Documentation.
