I am first generation entrepreneur, with roots in Kangra Himachal Paradesh. I started my career as an IoT & embedded systems engineer. Between 2010-2016 worked in various training, small ODM & OEMs and MNCs. In 2016, quit job and started working as freelance IoT consultant & architect. Sooner set up proprietorship to consult customers in US & EU. As team started getting bigger; officially set up Fire Rainbows Inc (then iotech designs) as an ODM where we built cutting edge IoT products for US & EU markets. Between 2017-2019, I also transitioned from a technologist to pure product person. In June 2019, founded axessAI as first product company, where I got hands on experience to build a product company from scratch. At present, We are deeply focused on B2B SaaS & RetailTech businesses under the umbrella of dsrp ventures. We are building & operating vertical & India focused businesses covering retail ecosystem in India. I drive sales & strategy in all vertical companies as core operator. Academically, I did my initial schooling from a government & Vidya Bharti run school in Himachal. I am Electronics & communication engineer (Doaba college, Mohali). Further I did PGD in product management from Upgrad, MA in Psychology (Major: counselling) from IGNOU, PGD in Business analytics from XLRI. I (read all but) respond to thoughtfully crafted and well structured emails/notes.As an individual, my core skill is nourishing true potential of individuals, products and companies.
