Primary Role:Manage and administer a team of people and utilize the infrastructure effectively to run the company’s business profitably at the Branch Key Job responsibilities:Work with other team members, consultants, key customers, and key suppliers to solve specific challenges and leverage growth opportunities.Direct and coordinate counter and outside sales (if applicable) efforts. Assist in account development. Direct sales program to develop new markets. Make joint calls with salesmen as needed. Assign and directs all work performed in the branch and supervises all areas of operation in accordance with established company policies/procedures, objectives and applicable laws.Accountable for the P&L of the Branch Present the budget and projections for the branch Review the performance of the team and the branch constantly. Meet the approved budgets and targets therein. Strictly involve and oversee client acquisition, business support viz. client meetings,dissemination of research calls, marketing the new utilities, services etc Redress client grievances and act upon suggestions in accordance with the company guidelines. Promote an environment of empowerment, respect, and trust while holding team members accountable for their actions.
