Being the Electrical Head of E-Baja SAE Team IPS Sprinters, I have a responsibility to lead the team and manage the Electrical & Digital Subsystems of the Electrical Vehicle.Our team is working on an Off-Road Electric ATV for SAE Baja Competition. The Vehicle is an AWD equipped with features like GPS tracker, IOT Real-Time Analytics , RFID Keyless Ignition Starter, Self Diagnosis AI. This One Seater BEV with Max Speed of 60km/hr can go upto 100km on one charge. With a Swappable Battery function it's a go to Sports Ride.

Completed my training as an Embedded System Developer under the mentorship of very excellent, Sir Pradeep Kurmi. I learned how to design PCB, ATMEL MCU Programming, Robotics, Product Designing & much more. I was involved in various Electronics projects as a developer during my training period.

The most effective way to produce Green Hydrogen Gas is Water Electrolysis. But the problems encountered due to Electrical inefficiency of the system makes the whole production a costlier and an unreliable process. I did extensive R&D and found that if pulse width modulation (PWM) is strategically used to power Electrolyzer, It can improve the efficiency of electrolysis for Green Hydrogen Production significantly. For this project I developed necessary Electronics & Hardware in the lab and programmed Arduino for PWM at required frequencies. You can read the Project File which I've attached along with this post.
