IIHS is a multi-disciplinary educational and research center in India. Urban Informatics Lab is a space within the institute for urban analytics and quantitative research.• Collect and analyze historical datasets from city documents to trace the evolution of industries.• Measure the impact of industries on neighborhoods through spatial and correlation analysis• Prepare maps using QGIS and Illustrator to help visualize and present the findings

RSA is a planning and design firm in Central India, which offers services in Master Planning, Infrastructure Planning, and Structural Design.• Prepared action plan for the federal housing program, which resulted in grants totaling US $4 million for 4 census towns• Analyzed options for housing subsidies, considering land values, market rates of houses and socio-economic characteristics of beneficiaries• Identified infrastructure inadequacies and possible sites of slum rehabilitation• Coordinated with state officials and GIS teams in gauging mission progress over two years
