As the Founding Product Manager, I led product efforts at Urban Health, working on the product strategy and roadmap with the founders and taking care of the product roadmap execution. I started as a product and business analyst, as I enjoy the process of deriving insights from data. As a Product Manager I have built B2C consumer products and B2B SaaS for the wellness space, with a focus on the Mental Health space.As part of the founding team I had the opportunity to set up multiple roles at Urban health - Analytics, Marketing, Product Research, Customer Success and Product testing.In this role I have:-Spearheaded the development and launch of an AI-powered mobile application aimed at enhancing mental health care through early risk detection and personalized care solutions.-Successfully grew the app's user base to over 1 million users worldwide, demonstrating effective product launch and user acquisition strategies.-Led the app’s global expansion, successfully entering over 100 countries by effectively leveraging market analysis to identify growth opportunities.-Developed engagement startegies for digital CBT exercises, significantly reducing anxiety and depression symptoms in over 70% of chronic cases when used in conjunction with traditional therapy and medications.

• Recruited and led a team of 120 students responsible for publicity, content and media associations• Responsible for negotiations and associations with 50+ media companies like Times Group etc, closing media deals worth 3+ crore• Conceptualized and implemented 6 online competitions increasing the reach by 1 million• Conceptualized and organized the biggest road trip with 12 events in 15 cities• The reach of the festival was increased by 100% taking it to an audience of approx. 18 Million

• Represented 600 students of the department and raised their opinion in Senate UG Committee• Convinced the department to change course timings to prevent degree extension of 5 students• Supervising the compilation of all the research work undertaken and the ongoing research projects• Organised departmental intern gyan and placement session which benefited 200+ students and set a trend• Leading a student team to do the Life Cycle Assessment of products and present them in layman language

Inter-IIT Sports Meet, an annual inter-collegiate sports event, has distinguished itself as one of thelargest tournaments of its kind wherein students from all IITs participate. Inter IIT has been a symbol ofsynergy of the top technological institutions of India and a celebration of the vibrant sporting culture and spirit of sportsmanship. This year IIT Kanpur has the privilege of hosting the 51st edition of the Inter IIT sports meet and is all set to reach hitherto unprecedented heights this year. The meet comprises a total of 12 sports, namely Athletics, Aquatics, Basketball, Badminton, Cricket, Football, Hockey, Table Tennis, Tennis, Squash, Volleyball and Weightlifting. The entire meet will be conducted in three phases: the 4-day Aquatics Meet (2nd-5th October), the 8-day Main Meet (12th-19th December) and finally the Staff Meet (20th-25th December).Responsibilities as Senior Executive, Media and Publicity● Involved in dealing with various media companies before fest and during the fest.● Expanding visibility of the festival by introducing advertisements at several online and offline platforms.
