As the assistant director of the girls program for DMV Marksmen, it is my goal to assist in the overall development of aspiring young soccer players technically, tactically, and physically. My approach when working with these children is to create an environment that they are excited to come back to each and every training session while also emphasizing the importance of discipline, teamwork, and work ethic.

As a MDMade intern, I focused on planning large scale events as well as conducting research on developmental events catered toward the University of Maryland Athletics Department, that were both engaging and educational for student athletes, faculty, and staff.

As a member of the junior academy staff at Maryland United FC, I assisted a head coach with two teams made up of boys ranging from the ages of six and nine years old. This position has helped me develop both my coaching and leadership skills. Furthermore, it has given me the opportunity to consider coaching as a part of my future.

- Led the soccer clinic by planning the events for each training session- taught about fifteen young soccer players basic skills and fundamentals- Catered to the needs of the players ranging from ages four to fourteen

During the summer, I worked several soccer camps alongside my coaches at the University of Maryland. As a camp counselor, I taught upcoming soccer players ranging from the ages of nine to sixteen various soccer skills and demonstrated different techniques for my coaches. In addition, the other counselors and I served as mentors for the young athletes.

While working at BCP, my duties included:- ensuring that all publications were free of imperfections including deletions, missing pages, etc.-preparing publications for shipping - ensuring that the correct amount of copies were boxed for the correct locations
