During my time at Gong Cha I have come across some complications with customer satisfaction and I have gained the ability to handle that kind of situation by coming up with solutions that leave the customer satisfied. Duties/Responsibilities: - In charge of leading a team, to be able to train and guide them through making drinks. - Communicate with customers in a way that is very accommodating and friendly.- Being able to memorize over 70+ drink recipes and being able to execute them perfectly.

Background: As a Line cook, I would have to prepare food that was going to be served earlier in the day. I also managed the front of the house with serving. Hours Worked: ~300hoursSkills Acquired:Problem Solving: There were times where it would be busy and time when it wasn’t busy so it was difficult to judge the amount of prep you should be making for the day. There were times we would run out of a product so I was able to come up with solutions like suggesting alternatives that they may like, even started to get a grasp of prep and when we need to start making more food in order to keep stock for the rushes we would get. Time Management: Again with food prep, I was able to gain the skill on how to manage my time between serving and preparing food for the customers in a timely fashion while still maintaining high standards of service.
