• Set objectives, structure, organize and plan activities within the project group in the form of project specification(Project Spect). • Lead project Manager & teams in technical solution and project management to glean successful the project is delivered with High Quality, Low Cost, and Less Time. • Control and report to the project director (Chief of Operation – CoO) on the progress activities, identify any potential deviations to the project time schedule, budget, and management plan and implementation quality issues.
