As a result over $1.2 Billion has been deployed for business owners of color in Metropolitan Detroit as a result of her work.National Board Director of The National Business League (NBL), Inc., a historical organization founded by Booker T. Washington in 1900. The NBL now comprises 365 leagues (chapters) across the country, creating a national platform with access to 2.5 million Black businesses in the United States. The NBL is a not-for-profit, enterprise dedicated to the economic empowerment of Black businesses, communities and people. Anistia was also Director of the Women of Color Board. Anistia was a National Entrepreneurial Mentor with Google on their leadership/skill building for entrepreneurs and professionals campaign with outreach to 6 million subscribers.Ad Hoc Advocate- Led the advocacy/ effort and saved 2500 low income Highland Park property owners from losing their property due to city property tax fee foreclosure. Facilitated an Emergency Townhall with the partnership of Housing and Urban Development, ACLU, The Michigan Civil Rights Association and other key community liaisons.
