Livestock management and dairy processing had been a known territory for me and I jump started addressing the challenges. The major issues restricting growth were distribution and bottlenecks in processing. So the distribution between cool chain and non-cool chain products got separated through creation of a separate distribution channel. The enterprise started gaining momentum till it faced industry setback in the middle of 2019. The team quickly adjusted and steered through the challenging time.Chicken enterprise had been suffering due to some issues and declined further after the Poultry enterprise, the backward linkage of chicken got suspended due to strategic reason. The brand was revitalized with new look, new packaging, new recipes and many new products.The seed and agro enterprise had been an uncharted area for me. I took charge at a crucial time when the enterprise was on a decline, key management left, and a bitter relationship with principals prevailed. It took me some time to understand the industry dynamics, stabilize the team, and mend the relationship with principals; during which the enterprises experienced a bumpy ride and I learnt my lessons in a hardway.

It was hell of an experience.Being aware of my multi-facet skills and understanding on both business and social research, ACNielsen offered me a position as Senior Research Officer. I did not accept the offer and join them as because I was scared and wanted to avoid the word "R' written on my forehead.
