Mr. Zerriny began his legal career working with Pickus & Landsberg, a firm specializing in real estate and transactional law in New Jersey U.S.A., in which Mr. Zerriny was involved in various complex real-estate transactions. Mr. Zerriny then went on to work in-house for GE Energy’s legal department in Dubai assisting in GE's restructuring throughout the Middle East and advising on corporate and legal issues.Mr. Zerriny joined the Law Offices of Dr. Mujahid M. Al-Sawwaf in 2010 and advised on various aspects of Saudi Arabian and International Law as it relates to entities doing business in Saudi Arabia, such as Telecommunications, Foreign Investment, Capital Markets, mergers and acqusitions, Labor regulations; Corporate and Transactional Law; International and Saudi Arabian Standards; Arbitration and Negotiation and other types of legal issues.Mr. Zerriny joined Cerner as the corporate legal counsel for the Middle East, Africa and India in June 2014. At Cerner Mr. Zerriny's main responsibilities include advising on intellectual property agreements; developing and maintaining data protection policies; negotiating with government entities; advising on foreign corrupt practices and anti-bribery regulations; corporate governance for entities throughout the Middle East and Africa; overseeing international arbitration; supervising external counsel responsibilities and costs; counseling and liaising with various corporate businesses on relative legal aspects and maintaining the legal budget and spend for the region.In April of 2017 Mr. Zerriny joined Exterran responsible for the corporate, legal and compliance operations throughout the Eastern Hemisphere.Responsible for managing legal & compliance operations for one of the leading natural gas and water desalination companies throughout the Eastern Hemisphere, including Middle East, Pakistan, Africa, Singapore and Russia.In January of 2020 Mr. Zerriny pursued a more fast-paced, challenging opportunity as Assistant General Counsel for Oliver Wyman, responsible for the Middle East and Africa.
