I have been managing Andres Sutt’s socials since he was the minister of IT and Entrepreneurship. With strategic planning, we found him a personal brand angle and a strong follower-base on socials.In 2023, I managed his Parliamentary Election campaign (Affiliated with Reformierakond/The Reform Party).This role included:✅ Social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok✅ Wrote opinion articles with Andres for media reach✅ Managed and created the campaign plan✅ On-site campaigns: on the streets, door to door✅ Managed volunteers

Advisor to the Minister of Information Technology and Entrepreneurship -- Andres Sutt at that time. Social Media and Media.I joined the minister's team as a new force ahead of the grand campaign for Estonian Parliamentary elections. Decided to take a new perspective into Andres's personal brand and rebuild all of the communications' strategies. Brought minister to TikTok.What we accomplished:✅ Researched Andres's brand image✅ Clear personal brand guidelines for Andres Sutt✅ Established content-planning practice for the social media platforms minister uses✅ Organic reach hacking: minister's posts's average organic reach went up by 117% and the engagement rates surged up by 211%✅ TikTok: Found the way to engage the Estonian audience - even the TikToks with the biggest reached audience numbers managed to engage 15,3K Estonians uniquely✅ TikTok content hacking: Reached an average video watch-through-rate of 75%✅ Media mentions surged, but because of the shortened period of my employment we never got to establish a concrete media plan
