I am a People (Data) Analytics Analyst and plan to be an ESG consultant. A People Analytics Analyst differs from an HR Analyst (Human Resource Analyst). A HR Analyst is an internal company HR management tool, laying the foundation for HR department efficiency, focusing on talent analytics, HR metrics, and the management of successful candidates turned employees.People (Data) Analytics maximises the potential of employees to meet business goals effectively, taking advantage and attracting the relevant customers. It encompasses the entire workforce data, and customer insights, focusing on external usage of this data as for Business-To-Business [B2B], Business-To-Company [B2C] and Company-To-Company [C2C] models.My Master of Arts in Sociology Freie Universität Berlin, Germany, has trained me to discuss complex social concepts and conduct comprehensive social research across numerous sociological themes like digitalisation, migration and social cohesion.My Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Security (2nd Upper Hons.) Liverpool University, UK, has prepared me to be critical about the ongoing social issues and how to analyse these themes using sociological and criminological theories. I learnt the basics of quantitative and qualitative social research through this programme.I am in the final year of my Bachelor of Law (LLB) (Hons.) University of London, programme and have gained legal knowledge in areas such as Contract Law, Tort Law, EU Law, Commercial Law, Property Law etc. I will be able to identify potential legal conflicts and help innovate strategies for the company to avoid such difficulties.My background in sociology has enabled me to be alert and aware of the current social issues in society. I am proficient in qualitative and quantitative research, identifying key trends and analysing social issues. This lets me be critical in providing a new perspective to the situation.I have worked as an intern in a law firm at Infinitus Law Corporation and Peter Low & Choo LLC, where I did the following tasks:Reviewing evidence to identify legal issues, readings on various legal disputes from different legal categories (e.g. accidents, construction disputes, family disputes etc.), conducting research for legal matters, and having a first-hand view of court proceedings etc.My experience as a marketing executive allows me to be aware of consumer behaviour and demographics. I can keep up with trends, knowing the impacts of advertising and content relevancy. As a member of Toastmasters International, I can communicate effectively and efficiently.
