• Manage team of ~25 Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, BACB Candidates, and Behavior Therapists across two centres (Sharjah and Dubai)• Supervise multidisciplinary team in providing discipline-specific treatment for individuals with learning difficulties, developmental delays, problem behaviors, and/or autism spectrum disorders (ASD) • Conduct initial consultations, assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland, CARS), develop individualized treatment plans, behavior support plans and quarterly progress reports and assessment reports • Develop, implement and manage inpatient and outpatient intensive therapy sessions utilizing the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and B.F. • Designed and led intensive early behavioral interventions for children across the spectrum from ages one to young adult through 1 to 1 therapy sessions in classrooms as well as home-based and community outings • Successfully wrote and implemented a critical grant project for teens and young adults with intellectual disabilities. Project work included extensive liaising with the State of Missouri, collaborating with community board leaders, generating long-term vocational goals for the project and publishing impact analysis for target audience • Managed a case load inclusive of direct hours and supervised 18 individual programs for teens and adults
