I have a deep passion for developing people to maximise their potential and the success of the organisations they work with.Having qualified as a solicitor in 1987, I worked in the legal profession before establishing Positive Intention in 2013 because I wanted to engage with a wider audience across diverse business sectors. My experience is drawn from working in dynamic environments with people from across the whole organisation from Board members to those on the front line of service delivery. I work across many sectors, including corporate bodies, Banks and financial institutions, government bodies and independent regulators. I guide and support leaders to implement cultural change, embrace challenges and maximise the potential of their teams to add value and avoid skill shortages. As a NED, I set strategy and governance; chair panels and committees, provide advice and training on disciplinary procedures and case management for Boards and panel members. I focus on effective risk management, overcoming the challenges of governance, discipline and bad behaviour within sport; and managing the reputation of the sport and the organisation.
