I Worked For Craft Devils Ltd as Admin / customer service, dealing customer orders queries returns and payments via e-mail, telephone and face to face, cataloguing new products with descriptions on to our website, assisting with the day to day running while the owner is away at craft expeditions.

When working for Vital Pet products as sales / admin assistant dealing with customer orders and accounts. Which consist of data entry for customer orders, customer queries matching products to customer requirements and tracing orders. I also deal with account credits and investigations that may need to be carried I also cover the credit manager when she is not there. This is among many other little tasks may come up and need completing.

I worked at country cousins as front of house / waitress / bar staff i have a variety of roles as were I am needed weather it is dealing with customers face to face ensuring they are enjoying their experience or on the phone taking bookings. i enjoy my job however the hours are not stable and i am would like a little more of a challenge and responsibility.

i worked at Leonard Cheshire disability, Westmead house as a senior support worker This evolves me ensuring the smooth running of a shift by giving staff instructions so they know what they are doing or where / what they need to do, also ensuring they have time to complete all their tasks and that they have their breaks at correct times. I did not return to my post due to needing more sociable hours to accommodate my childcare needs.

my responsibilities are to care for a variety of people within communal homes and day centres. I cover numerous areas for county council homes and / or private. Whether it is assisting our clients with general day to day tasks such as personal care , shopping or even cleaning right down to the smallest thing such as putting a smile on their face.

I was entrusted to go into people’s homes and help promote their independence to give them the means to stay at home. I had a variety of responsibilities such as personal care, shopping, cooking, cleaning and some of the more personal things such as posting their letters to family have a chat with them making them feel like they are still as important as anyone else.

I took this seasonal position to build and gain more experience. I was working on the bar of this very busy and professional restaurant, I dealt with up to 400 customers on a day to day basis taking phone calls, placing table bookings and some room bookings, Also dealing with customer complaints, queries and praise.

when I joined the team, I started off as a part time shop assistant stocking shelves and assisting on the till at busy intervals or while the supervisor took their break. However, in 2008 I was lucky enough to take on a supervisor role myself, this meant I was a dedicated key holder opening and closing the shop, signing for deliveries, and when the manager went home taking care of the staff and customers. I had a great deal of valued experience from this as always being on the front line with the customers.
