I am passionate about technological innovation for the benefit of human, open minded, a true networker, integrative and ambitious to develop solutions for the better. In 2020, I decided to take on the CEO position at the NGMN Alliance, an operator driven global mobile telecommunications alliance. Through global collaboration between mobile operators, vendors, software-, consultancy companies, and research institutions, we guide the future of mobile telecommunications.In addition to supporting the full potential of 5G, today we work mainly on three topics that are key to the future of mobile communications: Mastering the Route to Disaggregation with a focus on the End-to-End Operating Model, Green Future Networks and 6G. My multifaceted education and experience combines technology and business: I studied telecommunication engineering and hold an Executive MBA, I am a Systemic Business Coach and worked in senior management positions in multinational corporations including vendors, mobile network operators and consultancy firms. I am adicted to permanent learning. Nothing is as certain as permanent change. And, we need more female colleagues in technology professions and senior management positions!
