Researched, redesigned, and updated collection forms and policies as needed, in collaboration with AMFA Collections Manager and Head Registrar (CMHR).Independently managed photography of collection with contract photographer and uploaded images, in conjunction with related file-names and metadata, into digital asset management system, including assigning file-names, metadata, and adding them to TMSC and eMuseum. Managed rights and reproductions program, including: coordinating publication and research requests for collection images, researching copyright status of artworks, processing forms, determining fees, invoicing, and maintaining record-keeping.Collaborated with the Foundation Relations and Grants Coordinator in planning and grant-writing to fund special collection projects. Served as lead for a successful collection-related NEH Grant project involving cataloguing, photography, conservation, and archival storage. Planned workflow and oversaw staff, as well as served as liaison to the Grants Coordinator. Analyzed and reconciled inventory data and took lead in inventory management.
