I am working as a consultant and mentor not only for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches. I also cooperate with RainFellows as a workshop lecturer, and I am the responsible person for RainFellows Learning Hub.

My responsibility was to encourage and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and learning, using retrospectives not only in the development teams, to increase effectiveness throughout the company.
