I started my career working with a public-private partnership focused on combining expertise and promoting exchange between academia and the banking and finance industry that grew from a small and local to a pan-Swiss organization with an international reach and reputation. After 20 years in that sector working on recruiting, retention and promotion, I have turned my talent, skill, and experience to guiding and supporting high-performing employees in their careers. Since I am interested in sustainability and biodiversity conservation 🌎 (more on that below!) I naturally coach employees interested in these areas, too. I also work with employees transitioning to becoming entrepreneurs and have training and experience with online business models (from finding their business idea and making their plans to program and product development, communications, and more).I am Bioparc Genève's Business to Biodiversity Manager. I love supporting our missions focusing on biodiversity (for Switzerland and abroad), discovery (both for academic research and for individuals to learn about these incredible animals), and education (from teaching youth about conservation to zootherapy). Being part of such an ambitious and meaningful project is exciting and rewarding!
